If you registered as a volunteer for the 2024 fall season you do not need to register for spring, please email playeragent@argsa.org to let Pat know you are interested in volunteering for spring.

$100.00 - $215.00

Regular Registration Cost:
$110.00 - $230.00

American River Girls Softball

American River Girls Softball League serves the Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks, and Orangevale communities, providing athletic opportunities to girls aged 4 to 16. This league is committed to developing players of all ability levels, instilling in them values of teamwork, communication, cooperation, grit and a love for the game of softball. ARGS is staffed by volunteers who have a passion for youth athletics.

American River Girls Softball participates in three seasons annually:

Spring Recreational Softball (February through May)
American River Select Softball (February through May)
All Stars (May through July)
Fall Recreational Softball (August through October) More info here!

Umpires Needed

American River Girls Softball is seeking certified umpires for the upcoming Spring 2024 season. Umpires are paid in accordance with NorCal Girls Softball guidelines, and opportunities to train and become certified are provided. Please click the button below to complete an interest form.

Registration Information

Refunds
All refunds will be subject to a $5.00 processing fee.

Because of the cost associated with each player, American River Girls Softball will provide a full refund prior to the last day of registration. Once the teams are formed or draft has occurred a partial refund will be issued based on fees already paid for the player. If uniforms have been ordered, the cost of player fees and the uniform will be subtracted from the refund amount. After Opening day or the first official game, no refunds will be issued.
